5 years and counting

Around this time, five years ago, a handful of people assembled desks, set up computers, and started building something from scratch. Not just a company — a different kind of workplace.

What we set out to build

The founders of DevNest wanted to create a place where people are genuinely put first. Not as a slogan, but as a structural commitment. No unnecessary hierarchy. No performative busyness. An environment where talented people can do their best work and still have a life.

The philosophy was simple: grow, build, enjoy. Not in sequence — all three, all the time.

What we actually built

Five years in, we've delivered projects across fintech, fashion, HR tech, e-commerce, education, and domain registries. We've worked with startups and global brands. We've grown the team, made mistakes, learned from them, and kept going.

What the team says

The people who've stayed — and there are many — talk about the same things. Leadership that inspires rather than controls. Work that's genuinely challenging. The freedom to own their path. And a culture that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously.

What's next

We're still the same company that assembled those desks five years ago. The ambition is the same. The values are the same. We're just better at it now. Here's to the next five.
